Capture-911 is a cost-effective, easy-to-use call and radio transmission recording solution for proven liability protection and compliance. Users can access, replay and email recordings from the desktop in just a few mouse clicks. Capture-911 offers over a dozen search options for fast, easy and accurate retrieval of recordings. Sort and filter on user-defined data or ANI/ALI fields. Monitor recordings in real time. Capture-911 offers online storage for instant desktop access to over one million hours of recordings, and durable, economical space-saving removable hard drives for easy-to-access archived data. No more DAT tapes. Users can even differentiate calls by tagging call types with customized public safety attachments for analysis and fast easy reporting.

- Voice Recorder: Digital voice recording to central, safe, redundant hard drives. Automatically records calls and radio transmissions continually, on schedule or on demand. Includes Instant Retrieval for playback of recordings and Real-Time Voice Monitor.
- Voice Archiver: Stores more than one million hours of voice recordings to removable hard drives, DVD or tape. Includes Voice Archive Browser for retrieving archived recordings and data.
- Control Tower: Simplified, centralized management. Monitor your system, manage recordings, retrieve data, designate alarms and manage sites remotely from a single point of control. Robust security controls set and define user privileges so users see only what you want them to. Includes Task Master which monitors crucial system applications to ensure they are functioning properly. If not, it automatically re-launches them until the system is stable or sends alarm notification(s) to designated contacts.
- Client Support: Remote Diagnostics that are unmatched in the industry. HigherGround Client Support includes free automatic system updates, alarm monitoring, and the HigherGround exclusive I'm Alive™ notification service. This unique feature calls the Capture-911 server nightly to say "I'm Alive". If your system doesn't call, we call into your system, contact the designated on-site manager or send out a technician – and in most cases, fix the problem before you know it occurred. Also included is online and classroom training, online and voice support with access to program engineers for consultation on telephone, software and systems integration.
Optional modules are available to customize your public safety system. The HigherGround Report Commander™ is a flexible, easy-to-use reporting and analysis tool that integrates voice (phone and radio) and screen recordings to call records from your PBX, ALI and/or CAD system to provide access to calls and information in a single intuitive interface for a comprehensive view of performance.
- Agent Evaluator 2.0 enables you to evaluate and score how calls were handled to identify training and coaching needs.
- ALI Collector Identifies the location of any caller and attaches the data fields to recordings and call data.
- DTMF captures dual tone multi-frequency or touch tones and attaches the numbers the tones represent to the recording for additional call identification.
- Ring counter counts the number of rings before the dispatcher answers the call so you will have the data you need to ensure that calls are being answered in a timely fashion.
- Screen Capture with Remote Screen Controller and Screen Title Tracker tracks all screen activity.
